Working Groups

Overview

- As of November 2024 we started four volunteer Working Groups that any member company can join, with one or more team member.

- Each group contains a series of volunteers, two board sponsors, a leader and the CEO.

- Groups have identified industry constraints to acceleration, and this drives their activity in line with the overall mission.

- Groups meet at least once a month and a series of individual stakeholder meetings go on in between.

- Every 12 weeks, we invite members to hear about progress, challenges and next steps. Once a year we will run an AGM and outline everything.

Each Working Group has a 'north star' that aligns to the mission and guides activity:

Schools - maximise the number of children excited by, choosing and learning software sector related skills in school.

Skills - maximise the number of people in Further/Higher Education and mid-career who choose software, and learn in the shortest time possible across existing or new pathways.

Sales & Scale - maximise the sales of NI software company products and services.

Sector Futures - maximise the number of NI Software companies positioned to ride the waves of industry change.
