Software NI members at No10 Business roundtable

We were delighted to work with officials at 10 Downing Street and the Northern Ireland Office to facilitate two roundtables spanning software, AI, cyber, FinTech and RegTech in partnership with NI Cyber and Invest Northern Ireland today. The roundtables took place at Software NI member Aflac's new office in Belfast.

The event was co chaired by Lord Petitgas the Prime Minister's Special Adviser on Business and Investments, Julie Harrison the Permanent Secretary at the Northern Ireland Office alongside Software NI CEO David Crozier.

Discussions focused on opportunities software, AI and cyber security present for economic prosperity within NI as well as challenges the industry faces in maximising those and the steps the Government might take to create the right environment for success.
