SkillsDev Series Launched in partnership with Neueda

The Software Alliance have partnered with Neueda to create the SkillsDev training programme, which centres on the mindsets and behaviours that drive engineering excellence.

Programme highlights include a Customised Curriculum, Expert-led Tutorials and opportunities for Peer Collaboration. The series of monthly expert-led tutorials run from January to June and cover technical leadership capabilities such as Creating a Phenomenal Engineering Culture, Executive Influencing & Exceptional Communication, and Developing as a Technical Leader and Coach.

The programme is designed for mid-senior level engineers who want to take their career to the next level.  There is no cost to Software Alliance members and the first session takes place on January 26th.
